In other words the direction is to guide a group of individuals to achieve business goals. Leadership is an important aspect of the administration. The ability to exercise effective leadership is one of the keys to being effective administrator, yourself, the full exercise of the other elements of the administration (the realization of administrative work with all it implies) has important implications for the certainty that an administrator will be an effective leader, managers must perform all functions that relate to their role in order to combine human and material resources in meeting objectives.
